This facility was intentionally designed to support the full scope of what we do, bringing together lab, technical support and customer services in a way that allows for better coordination and fewer gaps between steps.
With dedicated areas for testing, formulation, and evaluation, our team can move more efficiently from evaluation to production, without the slowdowns that come from disconnected processes.
For our customers, that means a partner that’s better equipped to stay ahead of needs and innovation without sacrificing the quality or reliability they’ve come to know.
Developed for Deeper Expertise
At the core of our water treatment programs is the expertise of our team, including our Certified Water Technologists (CWTs).
With expanded lab capabilities and closer proximity to production, our CWTs have more immediate access to the tools and information they need to evaluate systems, validate solutions, and respond with confidence.
They’re able to operate within a more integrated environment, where insight can quickly turn into action. Our cohesive facility not only strengthens how we develop and deliver chemistry, but also how we support our customers in real time.
